Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X pistol-mounted light
A new, more powerful variant of the popular Streamlight TLR-7 X flashlight. Please note, this flashlight has a longer head and does not fit into the holsters for TLR-7, 7A, 7-X.
The new generation of the TLR-7 HL-X, like the TLR-7 X, has redesigned electronics compared to the old TLR-7A version, which, in addition to the standard CR123A batteries, also accommodates a Streamlight SL-B9™ (included in the package, including a charging USB cable). It is identical in size, performance and functions to the original TLR-7 A version, i.e. also fits into the same holsters.
The flashlight has a very handy deactivation function, when you just turn the front of the flashlight (a click is heard) and the flashlight disconnects the power supply. This is especially useful when storing or carrying the gun in a trunk or other package, where the pressure of the foam padding can activate the lamp and drain the battery.
The body of the flashlight, as well as its assembly, is made of anodized aircraft aluminum, which guarantees excellent resistance of the flashlight and its perfect attachment to the firearm.
The flashlight is powered by its own battery (in the package) or a CR123A battery. It has an output of 1,000 lumens (beam distance 297 m, 22,000 candela) and a duration of 30 minutes (with Streamlight SL-B9™) battery. It can be easily reprogrammed to half power (500 lumens, 11,000 candela, 210 m beam distance for 1 hour with a battery, or 1.5 hours with a CR123A battery. It is waterproof (IP37, 1m depth, 30 minutes). It has specially developed optics with an optimized light cone and peripheral illumination.
The control is reversible for left and right-handed users, the buttons have a dual function - momentary/constant mode - when you press the button and keep it pressed, the flashlight lights up, when you release the pressure, the flashlight goes out. If you just press and release the button, the flashlight will light up, after another press it will go out again. These two modes cover practically all situations in low-light situations.
The flashlight also has a strobe mode. It is deactivated by default, to activate it you just need to press any activation button ten times in quick succession and hold it down for the tenth time. The flashlight will strobe and turn off. This unlocks the strobe mode. Its activation takes place by double-clicking on any activation button. To block the stroboscopic mode, you need to press and hold the button 10 times in quick succession.
The flashlight comes with a handy mounting tool and two back button shapes that are interchangeable.
