We operate the e-shop at www.kydexshop.cz.

For the provision of our services, sale of goods, and operation of our website, we process certain personal data.

The processing of personal data is governed primarily by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”).

I. Processing of Personal Data

A. Processing personal data when using the contact form

If you inquire about our products and services, we will process your contact details you provide to us, primarily via the inquiry form. These include: name and surname, phone number, email address, delivery or billing address, and if purchasing as a company, company name, company ID (IČ), and VAT ID (DIČ).

Why?

We contact you using these details to arrange further details about goods and services.

Legal basis?

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiation or performance of a contract at your request.

How long do we keep your data?

If no further cooperation follows, your data will be processed for the period prescribed by applicable law and in accordance with it, and for the duration of obligations arising from the purchase contract.

B. Processing personal data when purchasing

If you make a purchase, we process the data you provide, mainly billing data: name and surname, phone number, email address, delivery or billing address, and if purchasing as a company, company name, company ID (IČ), and VAT ID (DIČ).

Why?

We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver goods or services. We will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, complaints, or inquiries.

Personal data will also be processed to fulfill our legal obligations (mainly accounting, tax purposes, handling complaints, etc.).

Legal basis?

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – contract performance and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with legal obligations.

How long do we keep your data?

For the duration of service provision and then for the legally prescribed retention period and the duration of obligations arising from the purchase contract after the last service or delivery.

C. Newsletters (commercial communications)

If you are a customer and consented to receiving newsletters at purchase or requested them, we use your email address to send our news.

Legal basis?

Allowed under § 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you objected at purchase.

How long do we keep your data?

Newsletter dispatch will operate as long as we provide our services. You can unsubscribe anytime via email or by contacting us at info@sabresystems.cz.

II. Who has access to your data?

Your data remains with us. However, some companies or individuals assisting us with e-shop operation have access to data:
• E-shop platform operator Shoptet (Shoptet a.s., Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, Company ID 28935675, registered at Prague Municipal Court, Section B, Insert 25395)
• Companies involved in goods delivery (Zásilkovna s.r.o., PPL CZ s.r.o., or another carrier chosen in the order)
• Companies involved in payment processing chosen in the order

Personal data processing is conducted only within the territory of the European Union.

III. Additional Information
• We do not have a designated Data Protection Officer.
• No automated decision-making or profiling occurs in our company.
